Returning In-Store Purchases During Lockdown

 

While we hope you are happy with your in-store Christmas purchases from Cordelia James, any unsuitable non-sale items should be returned to our Hawkhurst shop via post.
Returned items purchased in-store will be exchanged for an online credit note.

Sale items and items purchased at a reduced price are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
