UK Mainland - £5.99

All goods are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For delivery.

We will dispatch your order within 2-3 working days*. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. 

We ship from our Hawkhurst store only, if your order is located in a different store, it may take longer for it to be transferred over. Thank you for your patience. 

Rest of World - £25.00

We will dispatch your order within 2-3 working days*. The order will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For and will require a signature on receipt in most countries. 

Royal Mail time guidelines for Airsure deliveries is approximately 3 working days for Europe and 5 working days for the rest of the world. Cordeliajames.com take no responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or any subsequent couriers used by them. Any additional charges incurred at customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

If your parcel is over 2kg, we will contact you regarding any additional shipping costs or information. 

Unfortunately, we no longer accept returns on overseas orders. 

Any additional taxes; duties; customs and/or holding charges; and/or any additional charges in relation to international shipping that are not explicitly referenced in your invoice will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 

*Please note during irregular and unexpected circumstances, this may take longer. 

If purchased items are unreasonably refused and/or are failed to be collected and/or the acts or omissions of the purchaser cause unforeseen issues with customs and/or import, Cordelia James reserves its rights fully in relation to refunds which will not be given if the items are unsaleable.
